What evidence can field staff capture?

Does South African hosting make IMPI Forms POPIA compliant?
Current South African client production environments are hosted in South Africa, supporting local data-residency requirements. Hosting location alone does not establish POPIA compliance: each implementation must also address lawful processing, access, security, retention, operator agreements, incident handling and data-subject rights. Impitech will discuss these requirements during solution design and contracting.
