Based in Gauteng, with current client environments hosted in South Africa
Impitech serves organisations in Gauteng and can support distributed field teams across South Africa. Current South African client production environments are hosted locally, supporting customers with South African data-residency requirements. Hosting architecture can be adapted when a project requires a different region.
A precise POPIA position
South African hosting supports data residency but does not establish compliance on its own. POPIA responsibilities also depend on each customer's purpose, configuration, contracts and operational controls.
