Request deletion of your IMPI Forms account
Email the support team using the steps below. Do not include your password or other authentication secrets.
How to submit your request
- Email contact@impitech.net from the address associated with your account.
- Include your username and the IMPI Forms domain or organisation from which your account should be deleted.
- State whether you are requesting deletion of the account only or also asking about records associated with the organisation.
What happens next
An Impitech engineer will verify the request and respond within five working days. Additional verification may be required to protect the account and organisational data from unauthorised deletion.
Some information may need to be retained where the organisation controls the operational records, where a legal obligation applies or where retention is required for security and audit purposes. The team will explain any applicable limitation in its response.
